AT&T Wireless: forward missed calls to LeadClaim

For AT&T mobile, including business plans and Cricket. Replace LeadClaim number with the 10-digit number in your welcome email (digits only, no dashes).

1Turn on all conditional forwarding (no answer, busy, unreachable)

Dial **004*1 + LeadClaim number + # (example: **004*15125550123#), then press Call.

2Or set them one at a time

No answer: **61*1LeadClaim number# · Busy: **67*1LeadClaim number# · Unreachable: **62*1LeadClaim number#

3Ring longer before forwarding (5–30 sec)

**61*1LeadClaim number**20# forwards after 20 seconds (use 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30).

4Turn it off

Dial ##004# and press Call.

AT&T landlines and AT&T Phone for Business: dial *90 busy / *92 no-answer + number, cancel with *91/*93, or use the AT&T business portal.

Test it (2 minutes)

  1. From a different phone, call your business number.
  2. Don't answer. Let it ring.
  3. LeadClaim should pick up after your ring delay. Say "this is a test."
  4. Check that the lead text arrives on your alert cell.
  5. Call again while you're on another call to test busy forwarding.

Codes and portal menus are current as of October 2026, but carriers change them. If a step doesn't match what you see, email hello@leadclaim.co or call your carrier, and we'll get it working.

Wait for your approval: turn on forwarding only after you've heard and approved your test-call recordings.
