Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the LeadClaim AI website and managed AI receptionist service. LeadClaim AI is operated by HPM Health LLC.

Service

LeadClaim AI provides a done-for-you AI receptionist setup and management service for service businesses. The service may include call routing, AI voice intake, caller detail capture, owner notifications, caller confirmation texts, reporting, and ongoing management.

Pricing and Billing

The standard managed receptionist offer is a one-time setup fee of $2,997 and ongoing management at $797 per month unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Flex or negotiated pricing may be offered in writing when approved by LeadClaim AI. Payments are processed through Stripe.

Client Responsibilities

AI Disclosure

The receptionist is an AI system, not a human employee. The system is designed to gather caller details and notify the business. It does not diagnose issues, provide binding estimates, guarantee appointments, or make legal/financial decisions.

SMS Terms

By providing a phone number, submitting an application, requesting a demo, or calling a LeadClaim AI number, you agree to receive transactional text messages related to that request or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

No Guaranteed Results

LeadClaim AI is built to improve response speed and lead capture, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, booked jobs, close rates, search rankings, or business outcomes.

Refunds and Cancellation

Setup fees cover configuration, onboarding, testing, deployment, and related work. Monthly management fees cover active service management. Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding review, configuration, or build work has started. Monthly management fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period begins. Any additional refund, cancellation, guarantee, or minimum-term terms should be governed by the client's signed agreement or written approval from LeadClaim AI.

Intellectual Property

LeadClaim AI owns its website, prompts, workflows, documentation, processes, and service configuration materials except for client-provided business information.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadClaim AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Service availability may depend on third-party providers including phone carriers, Twilio, xAI, hosting, and payment processors.
