LeadClaim ("LeadClaim," "we," "us") is operated by JUSTCUDE LLC. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information related to our website, setup forms, phone lines, and managed AI call-answering service for Plumbing, HVAC, and other home-service businesses ("clients").

Information we collect

  • From prospective and current clients: name, business name, email, phone number, trade, team size, plan choice, service area, business hours, emergency rules, and other details you submit through our forms or by email.
  • From callers to any line answered by LeadClaim (ours or a client's): caller phone number, name, service address or area, description of the issue, urgency, preferred callback time, and the call recording and transcript.
  • Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Technical information: basic website usage data such as pages visited, browser type, and form activity.

How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries, build and test a client's assistant, and provide the service, including answering calls, sending lead alerts to the client, sending confirmation texts to callers, and preparing reports.
  • To process payments, provide support, and maintain business records.
  • To monitor quality and improve the service, including reviewing recordings and transcripts to tune scripts.

Caller information collected on a client's line is processed on behalf of that client and shared with that client. We do not sell personal information. We do not use caller information to market our own services to callers.

Text messages (SMS)

We send text messages only to people who opt in: clients who check the optional, unchecked SMS consent box on our setup or onboarding forms, and callers who say "yes" when our AI phone assistant asks if they want a text confirmation. Messages are transactional (lead alerts, call summaries, setup and service notices, and request confirmations). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Call recording and AI disclosure

LeadClaim uses an automated AI voice system. People who call a line answered by LeadClaim are speaking with an AI assistant, not a human. The greeting identifies the assistant and states that the call may be recorded. Calls may be recorded and transcribed to deliver lead details to the client and to improve quality.

Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run the service (this never includes sharing mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data for marketing; see the Text messages section above), under their own privacy and security terms: telephony and messaging providers (phone calls and SMS), AI voice and language processing providers, Formspree (website form submissions), Vercel and other hosting providers (website and application hosting), Stripe (payments), and Google Workspace (email and documents). We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.

Retention and security

We keep client records for as long as the account is active and as needed for legal, tax, and billing purposes. Call recordings, transcripts, and lead details are kept for up to 12 months by default unless a client asks for a shorter period or earlier deletion. We use HTTPS, reputable processors, and limited internal access. No system is perfectly secure.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing hello@leadclaim.co. If you called one of our clients, we may refer your request to that client, since they control that information. We may keep some records where the law or legitimate business needs require it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor them as required.

Children

The service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
