- Call details provided during demo or service calls, including callback number, service address or area, issue description, urgency, and preferred callback timing.
- Payment and billing information processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Basic technical information such as page visits, browser type, and form activity.
How We Use Information
- To review applications and respond to service inquiries.
- To operate the AI receptionist service, including call intake, owner lead alerts, caller confirmation texts, reporting, and support.
- To process payments, manage onboarding, and provide client support.
- To improve our website, offer, and service quality.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS and Phone Communications
If you provide your phone number, submit an application, request a demo, or call a LeadClaim AI service number, you may receive transactional text messages related to that request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Service Providers
We use trusted providers to operate the service, including Twilio for phone/SMS routing, xAI for AI voice processing, Railway for hosting, Stripe for payments, Formspree for forms, and email/CRM tools for client communication.
AI Disclosure
LeadClaim AI uses automated AI voice systems. Callers interacting with the receptionist are interacting with an AI system, not a human receptionist.
Data Retention and Security
We retain information as needed to provide service, support clients, meet legal obligations, and maintain business records. We use reasonable security practices, secure third-party processors, HTTPS, and limited internal access.
Your Rights
