Comcast Business VoiceEdge / Business Voice: forward missed calls to LeadClaim

For Comcast Business landlines. Replace LeadClaim number with the 10-digit number in your welcome email (digits only, no dashes).

1Set up no-answer and busy forwarding

Sign in to Business VoiceEdge or the Comcast Business app → Voice → Call Forwarding. Turn on Call Forwarding No Answer and Call Forwarding Busy, enter the LeadClaim number, set the rings, then Save.

2Forward everything from the phone

Dial *72 + LeadClaim number. Cancel with *73.

3Selective / scheduled forwarding (after hours only)

In VoiceEdge, create a schedule (for example, weekdays 6 PM–7 AM plus weekends) and attach Call Forwarding Always to that schedule.

Comcast Business support: 1-800-391-3000.

Test it (2 minutes)

  1. From a different phone, call your business number.
  2. Don't answer. Let it ring.
  3. LeadClaim should pick up after your ring delay. Say "this is a test."
  4. Check that the lead text arrives on your alert cell.
  5. Call again while you're on another call to test busy forwarding.

Codes and portal menus are current as of October 2026, but carriers change them. If a step doesn't match what you see, email hello@leadclaim.co or call your carrier, and we'll get it working.

Wait for your approval: turn on forwarding only after you've heard and approved your test-call recordings.
