Verizon Wireless: forward missed calls to LeadClaim

For Verizon mobile and business mobile lines. Replace LeadClaim number with the 10-digit number in your welcome email (digits only, no dashes).

1Turn on no-answer/busy forwarding

Dial *71 followed by your 10-digit LeadClaim number (example: *715125550123), then press Call. Wait for the confirmation tone or message, then hang up.

2Turn it off

Dial *73 and press Call.

3Forward everything (for example, overnight)

Dial *72 + LeadClaim number. Turn it off with *73. Don't leave this on during the day unless you want LeadClaim to answer every call.

4Change the ring time

Verizon's default is about 4–5 rings before forwarding. To change it, call Verizon business support at 800-922-0204 or use My Verizon.

Verizon business landlines (Fios / One Talk) use the My Verizon or One Talk portal: Call Forwarding → Forward when busy / no answer.

Test it (2 minutes)

  1. From a different phone, call your business number.
  2. Don't answer. Let it ring.
  3. LeadClaim should pick up after your ring delay. Say "this is a test."
  4. Check that the lead text arrives on your alert cell.
  5. Call again while you're on another call to test busy forwarding.

Codes and portal menus are current as of October 2026, but carriers change them. If a step doesn't match what you see, email hello@leadclaim.co or call your carrier, and we'll get it working.

Wait for your approval: turn on forwarding only after you've heard and approved your test-call recordings.
